In his capacity as director, Keith primarily oversees legal work related to the foundation’s Global Development and Global Growth & Opportunity divisions. He also leads the legal team’s support of Program Related Investments—equity investments, loans, and guarantees that are made primarily for charitable purposes. Keith is located in the Seattle office.
Prior to joining the foundation, Keith was counsel at O’Melveny & Myers where he counseled private equity funds in a wide range of transactions, including growth equity and venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. While at the firm, Keith was seconded to the African Development Bank (temporarily based in Tunisia), where he represented the bank in public and private financings. Over the course of his career, Keith was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting Group and an associate with the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in both the Philadelphia and Singapore offices.
Keith received his B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and J.D. from the University of Michigan.
