Becky Frank

As director for the Office of the President and chief of staff, Global Policy & Advocacy, Becky Frank provides support and counsel across the division’s efforts to build strategic relationships with governments, NGOs, and other key partners, all in service of increasing awareness, action, and resources devoted to global development and health priorities.

Becky joined the foundation in 2013 as deputy director, Strategy Planning and Management for the Enteric & Diarrheal Disease and Pneumonia teams, and most recently served as the deputy director, Strategy Planning and Management for the India Country Office based out of New Delhi. Prior to joining the foundation, Becky spent 10 years with McKesson Corporation, a leading U.S. healthcare services company, where she was most recently vice president, Corporate Strategy & Business Development. She spent five years leading Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Specialty Health, one of McKesson's fastest growing business units, providing an integrated set of services to community-based specialist physicians.

Becky started her career as a teaching intern in Lima, Peru, where she taught Biology and English and travelled extensively around Peru and Ecuador. Upon her return, she worked in San Francisco as a management consultant with a focus on supporting U.S. based organizations in developing international market entry plans, including work in Australia, Mexico, Poland, Spain, and the UK. Becky returned to school to pursue a MBA/MPH graduate degree at UC Berkeley. She grew up in Burlington, Vermont, and completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology at Harvard.
